Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across India, subject to product, order value, and delivery location.
A ₹20 COD charge is applicable on COD orders.
⚠️ COD Eligibility Restrictions
COD may not be available in the following situations:
- Orders above the applicable COD order value limit
- Certain high-value jewellery products
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Orders placed for non-serviceable or restricted delivery locations
- International orders
Such orders must be placed using prepaid payment methods available at checkout.
Payment Security
All online payments made through Maalyavaan Jewels are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our website.
Payment Confirmation
- Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- If the payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact our support team with the transaction details.
- In case of a failed or unsuccessful payment, the amount will be handled as per the payment gateway’s processing and refund timelines.
