- Orders containing customized or specially prepared jewellery may require additional processing time. In such cases, the customer will be informed separately.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally delivered within 7–11 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode, delivery location, courier service, and the items ordered.
- Estimated delivery dates may also be displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹20 COD charge is applicable on COD orders.
- COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location and product.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or Email.
- You can use the tracking link to check the current status of your shipment.
Delays & Exceptions
While we always try to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, occasional delays may occur due to:
